The animal pulling collar was applied to horses, oxen or donkeys, allowing them to pull the wagon effortlessly. This implement distributed weight evenly across the front of the animal's body, reducing strain and increasing efficiency in carrying loads. It was an essential element in agricultural work, particularly when transporting materials in the fields. When not in use, it was stored in the barn, ready to be used again in daily farm activities.
Leather collar terminating at the extremities with loops into which iron hooks are inserted.
