Description

The cowbell was used to prevent the scattering of cows during grazing. It consisted of an oval-shaped cowbell with an opening at the top where a wooden collar was inserted. The collar was placed around the neck of the cows, and the sound of the cowbell helped farmers locate the animals. This tool was indispensable during the summer season, when animals were let loose in pastures.
