Description

The crusher was used to press the grapes and squeeze the marc. This tool was operated manually and was used to crush the grapes: they were placed in the funnel-shaped upper part and passed through two rollers operated by a crank. The product was then collected in special containers to be divided between juice and skins, facilitating the winemaking process.

Wooden hopper in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid, supported by four supports. Attached to the front is an iron gear to which a handle with a knob is attached.
