Description
The powder container was used by hunters during hunting trips to hold the black powder needed to load the muzzle-loading rifle. Held over the shoulder, it allowed the powder to be easily extracted.

Preserved specimen
The object is made of copper. It is almost pyramidal in shape, with a rounded front. In the hole at the top is inserted the stopper. On the sides of the container two small hooks allow the insertion of a string to hang the object.
