Preserved specimen

Aerophone instrument in which a stream of air is directed against the sharp edge of an edge, which acts as a generator of pulsations that are transmitted to a column of air contained in the tube, producing a sound of determined pitch. Devoid of slits, it is the player's own lips that form a linear jet of air, has a side mouthpiece. The body is cylindrical, with a metal body and holes of equal diameter, the closing of which is regulated by a system of keys.
