It was inaugurated on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at the Villa Camozzi Conference Hall in Grandola ed Uniti, the MuseumInteract - Sanagra Valley, an initiative that renews the way of visiting the Sanagra Valley Ethnographic and Natural History Museum by integrating digital tools, interactivity and attention to accessibility.
The meeting opened with a greeting from the Lombardy Regional Councilor for University, Research and Innovation, Alexander Fermi, who emphasized the importance of projects such as this one, which are able to combine land enhancement, digital innovation and cultural participation.
The following then spoke Sara Erba, alderman for Education and Culture of Grandola ed Uniti, and Alessandro Soresini, president of theHistory, Nature and Life Association, which for years, thanks to the efforts of its volunteers-particularly Attilio Selva and Rodolfo Spada-has passionately managed the Museum and actively collaborated in the implementation of the project.
After institutional greetings, Silvia and Daniele Marucci of the creative company COMCEPT presented the MuseoInteract - Val Sanagra project, explaining its genesis, goals and development.
The project, realized with the support of the PR ERDF 2021-2027 of the Lombardy Region under the InnovaCultura call for proposals, is based on the idea of putting the visitor experience at the center, combining scientific content, technology and storytelling.
At the heart of the initiative is the gamification app "GiocaMuseo - Adventure in the Sanagra Valley" designed to make a visit to the museum an active, engaging and accessible experience for even the youngest visitors. Narrating the work done to create the stories and scripts for the app was Alexander Morandini, archaeologist and educator, who together with his wife Lisa Cervigni oversaw the narrative development of the game.
At the end of the presentation, the audience was able to try out the game for the first time inside the Museum's halls, guided by the app's characters on a journey of discovery of the territory, its history, traditions and naturalistic treasures.
The day ended in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and participation, with the shared satisfaction of having created an innovative tool capable of making the Sanagra Valley Museum even more alive, welcoming and ready to dialogue with the present and the future.
