Description

The chisel was a tool used in woodworking, employed to carve and finish surfaces. The tool was gripped with one hand and beaten with a wooden mallet to carve wood according to the needs of the project. Primarily used in the carpenter's workshop, it was essential in joinery work. The handle material was generally made of wood, while the working part was made of iron.
