Description

The tool, used for carving work, was gripped along the handle with the left hand, pulled close to the workpiece, pushed forward and rested on the concrete. With the right hand, blows were infused on the head of the handle using a mallet. It was an everyday tool for making precise and detailed carvings in wood.
