Description
Sheet metal tool used during winemaking for pouring wine into barrels or carboys. Characterized by a wide truncated conical funnel with a thin spout and a hook for hanging it on the wall. The spout was inserted into the neck of the demijohn to be filled. Handcrafted by cutting, shaping and welding the material, it was used in the cellar to facilitate the pouring of wine.
