Description
An iron tool for cutting hair, consisting of two crossed blades connected by a pin. The blades ended in a slightly blunted tip and were fitted with rings for easy handling, one of which was wider and longer than the other. They were used to cut strands of hair.

iron tool consisting of blades ending in a slightly blunt point, crossed and permanently connected by a pin. To make them easier to grip, they are each fitted with a ring, one of which turns out to be more almple and elongated than the other.
