Description

The tool for making frames and shaped edges in wood was used in the carpenter's workshop during joinery work. Gripped with one hand, the tool was slid along the edge of a board and pushed forward in a precise motion. This process allowed the edges of the wood to be shaped, creating decorative frames and edges with great care. The carpenter's skill in handling this tool was crucial to achieving flawless finishes, giving the wood a refined and detailed shape.
