Description
The sponderuola was used in the carpenter's workshop to make frames and shaped edges in wood. The tool, held in one hand, was slid along the edge of a board and pushed forward in a fluid motion. This process allowed the edges of the wood to be shaped, creating decorative and precise shapes for frames or other joinery items.
